The Farm House serves as a refuge for family members and the wedding party prior to the event, they can relax in the living room as they wait for you to finish getting ready. Chat and prepare.
The farm house kitchen provides a great place to keep the wedding parties pre wedding snacks and refreshments

Two beautiful double tiered round Bars, or accessory tables, with white skirting and under skirt lights.

Four 30" x 96" Buffet Tables and/or Head Tables, with skirting and under skirt lights.
White Padded Resin Chairs (250 guest chairs on site) Client would have to provide additional chairs for more than 250 guests.
Top quality Round Dining Tables (32- 60" tables provides setting for 250 guests) Client would have to provide additional tables for more than 250 guests.
Catering Kitchen, provides 2 commercial warming ovens, two refrigerators, microwave, food prep-sinks, dish/cleanup station, and hand washing station.

Silk Lined Tent our elegant and luxurious 40’ X 60’ tent includes large chandeliers and forever green turf grass.
The Barn includes white silk draperies and dimmable mood lighting plus two attached tented decks overlooking the yard and the meandering creek, includes mood lighting. The barn is air conditioned.
Creek Side, beautiful, peaceful and serene this setting is on a sloping yard that overlooks the creek and your wedding site, the yard acts as amphitheater type seating, your guest will all be able to see the ceremony as their row is higher than the row in front of them
The Garden Wedding site, is picture perfect with a Large Weeping Birch, Gardens and ambience.
Plenty of room for kids to play.

Additional Options:

Alcohol: Client is allowed to bring in own alcohol but it must be kept behind the bar and served by a licensed bartender (Bartab llc)
