The Party/ Event Package is perfect for events that need some planning but not as much as a wedding. Special Events like Anniversaries, Graduation Parties, Family Reunions, Class Reunions, Proms, memorial service/celebration of life, Group Retreats, Company Picnics, Business Offsite meetings, Customer Appreciation, Employee Appreciation, trade show, festival, corporate retreat, product demonstrations, nonprofit event, fundraiser, church retreat or picnic.

• We have hosted smaller groups of 20 and festivals/events of 1500+ people.
• Available Monday through Sunday.
• We have both indoor and outdoor options for you and your guests.
• From a formal business meeting- to a casual laid back picnic and yard games, we can meet your needs.
• 19 Acres Available.
• We keep our prices low and pride ourselves on providing an “all inclusive” event site with all the basic items you need, barn, tent, tables, chairs, banquet tables, bars and sign-in table. All of this combined with the beautiful setting provides you the perfect background to make your event easy and memorable.

It has been our experience that each Party/ Corporate Function/ Festival and Event have very unique requirements so we ask that you call us for a tour of our facility and to give us a description of your function for pricing.
